ABOUT
RES+INNOVA is a design firm specialized in delivering custom home designs with a philosophy that centers on collaboration, focused on bringing the client's vision to life in a way that revolves around the client’s lifestyle and daily rituals.
Lee Van-Binh’s perspective on architecture is shaped by a journey that spans continents. After immigrating to Houston with his family following the fall of Saigon, Lee grew up alongside the city, witnessing its transformation from a regional hub into a global metropolis. This deep connection to the Texan landscape led him to the Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture at the University of Houston, where he graduated with honors (Magna Cum Laude).
Throughout his career, Lee has been a key contributor to Houston’s re-urbanization, serving as a design lead and collaborator on projects that define the city’s modern residential fabric. Even as his footprint has expanded internationally, he remains intimately involved in Houston’s skyline with every custom home he creates.
In the early 2010s, Lee moved to Vietnam to lead design teams during the country’s historic economic and construction boom. Today, he operates RES+INNOVA from Vietnam, strategically leveraging a 12-hour time difference and a vast pool of local talent to deliver projects with 24-hour momentum. By utilizing advanced communication and architectural visualization technologies, Lee maintains instant, seamless connectivity with his clients and Houston-based team, offering a unique "global-local" boutique service that is both efficient and cost-effective.
